This website is a static application. It has no user accounts, no database, and no third-party analytics, advertising, or session-recording scripts.

The employee list you import is processed in your browser session. Chart generation and the PowerPoint export run on your device. When you save a project file or resume a session, the file is stored by your browser on your computer and is under your control.

Like any website, the hosting provider receives standard technical request information (such as IP address) when you load the page. No employee names, IDs, or table contents are placed in URLs.

We keep anonymous usage counts only: how many times a list was imported, a PowerPoint was exported, or a pricing button was clicked. Those counters carry no names, no employee data, and no file contents — just the event type.

If you contact us by email (support@orgchartkit.com), we use your address only to reply. This site does not sell or share personal data, because it does not collect any.
